A mandatory informative ORIENTATION (15 minutes)

The Treetop Trekking guides will teach you to the safety rules and will explain the different levels of difficulty of the courses. The session will give you the means to understand the concept of the activity and will empower you to overcome your fear of heights.

On-site personnel

Our guides are trained in safety and rescue techniques (NFPA) and they have completed first aid courses. They constantly monitor the aerial courses from below and are ready to help and answer all the questions you may have.

Course restrictions

For the well-being of all (safety & fluidity) certain courses are reserved for individuals of 16 years and older and who meet the height requirement (see section about the courses). The colour of the bracelet given at the beginning of the activity indicates your access to the different courses. It is important to note that children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and children under 12 must be accompanied by a climbing adult.

For safety reasons certain individuals
may not take part in the activity

  • A participant’s weight must not exceed 250 lb (113kg)
  • Individuals who are 250 lb (113kg) will be refused access to the activities
  • Pregnant women are not permitted to participate
  • All individuals with health problems must advise the Treetop Trekking coordinator
    or manager upon their arrival on the site

Particular attention is given to the construction and maintenance of our parks. Our personnel
regularly verifies the supplied gear. Smoking is prohibited on the Treetop Trekking Property.

Appropriate attire

  • For your comfort and safety the following sports wear is recommended:
  • Hiking or running shoes (No Sandals or flip flops)
  • Pants or knee-length shorts
  • A long shirt that covers the stomach
  • Long hair tied back in a low ponytail
  • Remove earrings
  • Remove navel piercings or cover them with a bandage
  • Gloves are not mandatory but are recommended. Sale of gloves on site.
